In past years, homeowners were left to their own discretion as far as preparing for home showings. Though they could occasionally rely on an agent for instructions, more often than not real estate agents were just as perplexed at working out the details as the homeowner. While agents are experts in the field of selling and closing, many are not design savvy. Agents usually know exactly what factors can help sell a home. It’s just not always easy to get a home into selling condition in a timely manner without some sort of experienced assistance. We are professional home stagers who have practiced the art of preparing a home for resale. We work with the “flow” of a home, eliminate clutter, edit and arrange furniture, and even assist in enhancing curb-appeal. Our aim is to make a notable first impression on potential homebuyers. First Impressions As the real estate industry often stresses, the first impression is the key factor in selling a home. Typically, a potential buyer makes up their mind within seconds after they step in the front door. In fact, they form an opinion as they pull up the driveway!” That really doesn’t leave too much room for fault. We believe that to achieve the greatest possible outcome,a home should always be presented at its best the first time around. . How Much Do our Services Cost? When you contact us, we will be happy to provide you an initial FREE phone staging consultation for the specific purposes of finding out if there is a need for our services. Before you contact us, we strongly recommend that you go through each area of your home and pin point sections where you think you could need help. Then write down you thoughts and comments. After the initial free phone converstation, we can provide you with an estimate based on the square footage of the areas in the home that need professional home staging. Keep in mind that this is only a phone estimate and estimates can be a bit off. However, unless something unforeseen takes place between the estimate and the actual job itself, an estimate should be fairly accurate. Depending on the job, sometimes we charge an hourly rate and sometimes we charge a set fee for the entire job. We determine our fee based on several factors, square footage, market value of home, asking price, condition of the home, time the home has been on the market, location, extent of needs, etc.... As a rule, the higher the asking price of the home, the more a home seller is likely to pay to have it professionally staged. We work in the Orange County and surrounding areas.
